David F Giannetto serves as Chief Executive Officer, where he is focused on creating a strong organization of empowered employees that understand customer and industry needs, and through great collaboration and teamwork, execute to great effect. His goal is to solidify WorkWave’s position as industry leaders and become the trusted advisor that helps customers grow and succeed in every area of their service business.

Giannetto has nearly 20 years of experience leading and managing international organizations focused on the deployment and usage of enterprise-level technology in a wide range of service-oriented industries. Prior to his time as an executive for software companies, he was CEO of The Telos Group and the practice lead of the nationally respected EPM consulting practice of J.H. Cohn (CohnReznick). Earlier in his career, he was a hands-on operational leader for Airborne Express and an Officer in the US Army.

He is the author of three books and nationally respected thought-leader, speaker and columnist on how information and technology can drive business performance. Giannetto received his MBA from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Monmouth University. He has won awards as both a wildlife photographer and a Delaware river decoy carver. He currently resides in Ringoes, NJ.

Jana manages WorkWave’s financial strategy and operations, including the company’s financial reporting. She provides leadership to the Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis teams.

Jana brings 15+ years of experience in financial services. Her professional career began at the public accounting firms of Deloitte & Touche LLP and Marcum LLP focusing on audit, assurance and advisory services for both private and public companies. She brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial reporting systems, tax compliance and long-term budgetary oversight.

Jana joined WorkWave in 2015 last serving as the Vice President of Accounting.

Jana holds an active Certified Public Accountant license and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.

David Ittner is the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the overall technical strategy of the company. Dave is passionate about building great products by applying leading edge technology to solve business problems.

Prior to joining WorkWave, Dave was the Chief Architect and R&D Leader for the Cloud initiatives of Ribbon Communications. Dave also served as the co-founder and CTO of uReach Technologies, a cloud-first company whose innovative platform and applications were utilized by consumers and small businesses through channels including the largest telecom operators in the world.

Dave started his career at Bell Laboratories working in applied research and development areas covering data communications, image analysis, text categorization, and unified messaging.

Dave holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He holds patents in the areas of image enhancement, document image analysis, and voice messaging.

Prior to Joining WorkWave, Joe was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he led the Managed Services Sales and Market Development group and served on the Risk Advisory Operating committee.

Joe has 30 years of experience holding numerous leadership roles transforming traditional software and technology companies to Software-as-a-Service organizations while building global sales and market development teams. Joe was responsible for sales and market development at Deloitte, which included defining strategy and managing execution of sales go-to-market plans, client engagements, account planning, and pipeline generation. He started his career with ADP selling and then leading the New York City region providing payroll and HR services to small employers and global accounts. Joe went on to hold senior global sales and managed services operations positions at Oracle, GE Information Systems, and at Blue Yonder (previously JDA Software).

Joe graduated from Pace University with a Bachelors of Business Administration Science in Marketing.

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Kelly is responsible for the talent management aspects of the business, including recruiting, onboarding, professional development, office management and human resource initiatives. Kelly joined WorkWave as a customer service representative in July 1999, and has held various roles within support since that time, including VP of Support from 2010 to March 2015.

Kelly has a B.A. with Honors in psychology from Georgian Court University.

Aimee Rametta serves as Chief Marketing Officer for WorkWave, where she drives marketing strategy and operations to raise awareness and generate demand for WorkWave's portfolio of field service management solutions. In overseeing WorkWave’s marketing department, Aimee empowers her team to execute strategic initiatives across marketing segments, whether it be demand generation, events, communications, digital marketing, social media, design or marketing automation.

Prior to joining WorkWave, Aimee was head of marketing for Galaxy, an educational demand generation marketing agency. She also served as vice president of marketing for News Corporation where she was responsible for leading all branding initiatives, demand generation, media relations, product marketing and content marketing strategies. Her career started in product marketing for Unilever where she specialized in new product innovation.

Aimee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's of science degree from St. John's University.

Rick Agajanian leads the strategic direction of Workwave's product portfolio as Chief Product Officer.

With over 15 years of experience in Product Management, Rick has worked for companies such as Nokia, Here Maps, Ebay and NRG. Rick's background in digital mapping, routing technology, mobile field service and e-commerce platforms align nicely with the complex technology demands of Workwave's customers.

Rick is focused on creating great user experiences and leveraging the power of SaaS software to improve the operational efficiency for Workwave's clients. His goal is to create exceptional products that bolster Workwave's strength in the market.

Rick is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Communications.

Stephen Hudek serves as Chief Customer Officer, where he leads all aspects of Customer Support and Customer Success.

Before joining WorkWave, Stephen was Senior Director of Customer Care at Vonage Business, a leading provider of CPaaS & uCaaS software based telephony solutions for consumer and Enterprise B2B spaces. In this role he oversaw the $15mm Enterprise Customer Support organization which included support for Vonage’s VIP clients, Executive Response Team, Social Media Support, Tier 1, 2 Support and Tier 3 Engineering for incident and defect management.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Stephen has held various operations leadership roles in other internet or telephony companies in the US where he focused and delivered on operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction and growth of the businesses.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Organizational Management from Thomas Edison University.

Jill Davie started her career at TEAM Software as a summer marketing intern in 1996. At the time, TEAM was a start-up with 12 employees

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Iowa State University, Jill joined TEAM full time in 1998 as a Sales Associate. Over the next 20 years, she assumed various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Customer Success and Professional Services as the company grew significantly. Jill also served on TEAM’s Board of Directors from 2014 through 2021 when it was acquired by WorkWave. During her board tenure, TEAM transformed from founder-owned, to employee-owned to private equity owned. They also acquired five companies across the globe, expanding their domestic and international market leadership.

Currently, Jill serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer where she is responsible for Customer Success Management, Professional Services and Customer Engagement. She is passionate about operational excellence, engaging directly with customers and attracting and retaining top talent with a people-centric culture.

Rohan Sukhdeo serves as the General Counsel for WorkWave. With almost 20 years of legal experience, Rohan leads strategic and tactical legal initiatives and compliance for the company and handles all commercial legal matters.

Rohan spent 12 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he was chief counsel for several business units, lead the Legal Process Services practice globally, and served as the chief compliance officer. He began his legal career as a corporate associate at the law firms of Lowenstein Sandler, LLP, and McCarter & English, LLP, where he developed experience in contracts, commercial law, ethics & compliance, intellectual property, privacy, technology transactions, and other transactional matters. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.

Darren Roos is approaching his third year as CEO of IFS, a post he took in April 2018. His vision spearheaded the transformation of the company internally through modernization and digital transformation and externally with the promise of delivering value to customers and putting them at the heart of the IFS business and product development strategy.

Darren built his career in global software businesses over 20 years. He previously served as President of SAP’s global ERP Cloud business, with prior roles as General Manager of Northern Europe and Chief Operating Officer of EMEA for the company. Darren also was formerly the President of EMEA, APJ, LATAM at Software AG, during which time he also served on Software AG’s Group Executive Board.

In addition to his IFS role, Darren is a board director at Sitecore and launched InnerWings, a confidence building foundation.

Johannes Reichel joined EQT Partners in April 2011 and is a Partner in the Munich office. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Johannes worked for Deutsche Bank between 2006 and 2011 in Frankfurt, London and Tokyo. He holds an MBA from the University of St.Gallen.

Naveen is co-head of TA's Europe Technology Group, as well as actively involved in growth investments across India and other emerging markets. Naveen joined TA in 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and financial services. He has been heavily involved in the firm’s international expansion having co-founded TA’s European and Asian efforts and sponsored and led investments in several geographies across technology, financial services, healthcare and consumer businesses. Naveen is actively engaged in driving portfolio company growth initiatives, both organic and through acquisitions.

Stewart is a Partner at Serent Capital. He leads Serent's investment efforts in the financial services, logistics, and software sectors.

Prior to joining Serent, Stewart was a Vice President at the Seabury Group, a boutique investment bank and management consulting firm, and was part of the leadership team that helped grow the consulting practice to over 60 consultants within 5 years. His advisory work included projects on business planning, market sizing, and operational improvement for clients in over 10 countries. In addition, he spent multiple years in the Private Equity practice, advising leading private equity firms on buyout investments. Prior to Seabury, Stewart worked as a consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago.

Stewart received a joint degree JD-MBA from Stanford University's Law School and Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller, a Siebel Scholar, and the Henry Ford II Scholar (graduating first in his class). Stewart also has a BA, magna cum laude, in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University.

Eric Palmer joined the WorkWave Board of Directors in 2021. He is a serial C-level executive and company growth strategy advisor with extensive history in operations and finance.

An expert in software, service, and SaaS businesses, Eric has orchestrated private equity financings, venture capital investments, IPOs, private and public debt financings, acquisitions, roll-ups and other strategic initiatives. He is passionate about creating value in early and growth-stage companies and his programs and strategies have driven successful exits for several high-growth companies.

Eric earned a Business degree from the Wilfrid Laurier University, one of Canada’s top-ranked business schools, and is an accredited Chartered Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and a CPA.

Sheryl has nearly two decades of experience leading and growing SaaS businesses in various industries including healthcare, government, event registration, and hospitality. She previously served as CEO of Upserve, Inc., which was acquired by Lightspeed Commerce in December 2020. Sheryl was also formerly a General Manager for Active Network, which was acquired by Global Payments in August 2017, and post-acquisition was the Chief Revenue and Product officer for the business. She is passionate about building strong cultures that empower people to create sustainable and repeatable processes and systems. Her approach in building high-growth businesses has driven successful exits in companies with innovative software, services, and payment technology.

A Chicago-native, Sheryl has lived and managed teams all over the world, spending the first half of her career at Fortune 15 companies General Electric and McKesson Corp, where she held domestic and international leadership roles. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Sejal Pietrzak has held executive leadership positions for fast-paced, global enterprise software companies across all stages of growth and value creation for the past two decades. Most recently, she was the CEO of DealerSocket, a leading SaaS provider to the automotive industry, which was acquired by Solera in 2021. Pietrzak has been recognized with several awards including being ranked #7 in the Software Report’s Top 50 SaaS CEOs list in 2019 and being named one of the Top 25 Women in Private Equity-Backed Software Companies in 2020. Pietrzak has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from The College of William & Mary in Virginia.

Jonathan Wulkan joined Hg in London in 2019 and is a founding member of the San Francisco office, as well as a Principal in Hg’s large cap Saturn fund.

At Hg, Jon focuses on investments in enterprise software, with an emphasis on ERP, tax and accounting, and fintech businesses. Prior to Hg, Jon worked at Vista Equity Partners and ICONIQ Capital. He holds a BSc in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
